Returns and Refunds

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items not worn can be returned for refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returns instructions

To apply for the authorization to return an item, according to Legislative Decree no.185/1999, to exercise your right of withdrawal you must necessarily give unequivocal notice, written and legally valid, exclusively through the filling of this form and send it by email to

  1. Shipping costs of the return shall be borne by the buyer.
  2. We are not responsible for the goods before they arrive/return to us.
  3. Please do not send us any product before contacting us. Products received without following the correct procedure and without the proper documentation, will not be eligible for reimbursement.
  4. The Return Authorization Form must be fulfilled in its entirety and inserted in the box.
  5. The package must be sent to ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. Piazza Santa Cecilia, 16 – 00153, Roma (RM), Italy


The refund will be processed as soon as the goods arrives at the warehouse of ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. and the garments will be verified. 

For orders paid by credit card the amount refunded will be available to customers according to the bank circuit of the credit card used

For orders paid with PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.

After receiving the returns and checking compliance with the conditions mentioned, we will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of the return (except weekends and bank holidays).

We will begin the refund procedure within 14 days of sending the confirmation email.

We cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful delivery of returns. We recommend using a trusted courier to send back the products

Terms & Conditions

The tag on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each item must be returned including all the original labels, packages and accessories (dustbags, clothing covers, etc.) received together with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is effectively considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as a single outer packaging.

Returns must be shipped with their original packaging and receipt/invoice.

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s., you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods before proceeding with any kind of shipment. ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its whareouse.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, etc.) must be tested on your own personal linen. The returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer in the event that the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or in the event that the garments have signs of use.

ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or otherwise not in compliance with all the conditions mentioned above. 

In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.For all aspects not specifically mentioned, please refer to the European legislation for distance trading.
