Shipping methods
Shipments are carried out by courier DHL. Shipping costs vary according to the value of the individual purchase and destination (please see the chart below).

As soon as the order is taken over, an email will be sent with the tracking number of the shipment, along with instructions to monitor it.
Important: Services may not be available during bank holidays and preceding days.
Custom duties
It is important to remember that custom duties may vary depending on the country of import and it is the customer’s responsibility to check these charges before placing an order. We at ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. will not be responsible for your possible payment of custom duties.
Liability exceptions
ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. is committed to providing the best possible service. However, it cannot be held liable for non-compliance with contractual obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, according to Italian law.
ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. declines all responsibility in case the purchased products do not comply with the legislation of the non-EU country of delivery.
Please also note that the estimated delivery times should only be used as a guide and ALTRO@SUD s.r.l.s. is not responsible for any delays caused by the custom clearance procedures of the destination.
The ownership of the product and its risks pass to the user at the time of delivery.
Please also make sure you enter your personal details and contacts accurately so we can communicate with you if necessary.
First orders
For your safety, if this is the first time you place an order, it can only be sent to the billing address of the card holder or to the address of a company that we will independently verify later. To avoid delays, please ensure that your billing address is the same as your credit card statement, and write the name of the card holder exactly as it appears on your card.
Insurance
Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for each product delivered, and then the responsibility for the order passes to you. If you are not the person who receives the parcel (for example in the case of a gift) then the person who signed the parcel confirms the delivery and is responsible for the it.
